DataPath International in Kista, Sweden is seeking a highly-motivated, proven General Manager / VD / CEO. Will report to the CEO DataPath, Inc. in the United States. This is an integral, executive role that will require international travel. The Swedish team will report into the GM/VD. Seeking someone with solid GM/VD/CEO experience in the satellite communications industry or telecom industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Member of DataPath Inc. executive team
- Responsible (VD) for DataPath International AB and responsible for P&L
- Responsible for Sales and business development of all DataPath´s products outside Americas
- Leads the Swedish management team of five direct reports.
- Leads an international sales team of four direct reports.
- Coordinate between DataPath Inc. in U.S. and DataPath International in Sweden.
- Creates new partnerships and negotiates with re-sellers.
- Leads regular regional business reviews.
- Work actively with business development, creates strategies and action plans.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Been responsible for sales in a company selling globally.
- Experienced in Government sales
- Experienced in selling complex technical products.
- Extensive experience in creating quotations, contracts and reading legal contracts.
- Proven and relevant technical background
- Proven leadership skills
Preferred Additional Skills:
- SatCom or Telecom background
- Experience in forging alliances with regional and local business partners
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Experienced in selling to Ministry of Defense organizations
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent written & verbal English skills
